Not great. I was unimpressed. The rice was a sticky, tasteless mess and the "sweet and sour" pork both looked and tasted like "plum sauce pork". The only thing I did enjoy was the mixed vegetables which had more variety than usual.
I remain saddened by the long-term and possibly permanent closure of Princess House.

Always top notch. Not too greasy, huge portions; probably the best chow mein I've ever had. Definitely worth it.

We haven't had great luck in the past ordering chinese food from other places so tonight's dinner was a genuinely pleasant surprise. All the dishes were delicious, veggies were not mushy, and the ones labelled as spicy had a really nice heat. Also, the delivery time was pretty much spot-on what was estimated and the food arrived HOT. We'll definitely be ordering from Wok Inn 3 again!
