Web site needs to be fixed to show the actual time. First order page says 15 minutes. Then once you place the order it says 60 minutes. Drove down to pickup after 60 minutes, and it took an additional 37 minutes. We like the food, but waiting around in the restaurant with the little kid telling us not to stand near his tables is not enjoyable.

(Please can you make the washroom available for your customers who are waiting to pick up food?)

I put my order in at 7:15. It finally showed up at 8:45, after two phone calls to follow up on where the order was. I had been told it would be 40 minutes at the time of ordering. That’s not ok. I’ve ordered from this restaurant many times, and have always enjoyed it. But today, not a good experience.

Ordered online for a specific time. It arrived on time and hot. They forgot the wonton soup. So I called and they apologized and offered to bring it right away or give us a credit. I opted for the credit. The food was fantastic and service was great. I will definitely order again.
